HANA Boutique | Return and exchange 

At Hana Boutique, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction. Please review our Return and Exchange Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.

  • The item must be in its original condition.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

Hana Boutique reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or altered abayas

  • Made-to-order items

  • Sale or clearance items (if marked as final sale)

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or negligence

3. Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.

  • If the requested size or design is unavailable, you may opt for store credit.

  • Price differences (if any) must be paid before dispatch of the exchanged item.

Shipping fees for exchanges may apply.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact us at Hanafashion@hanafashion.ae or via WhatsApp [Insert Number] within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Photos (if item is damaged or incorrect)

  3. Wait for confirmation and return instructions before sending the item.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only after inspection and approval of the returned item.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing time: 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos as evidence.

If confirmed, Hana Boutique will cover the return shipping cost and arrange a replacement or full refund.

7. International Orders

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

  • Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.

8. Final Decision

Hana Boutique reserves the right to make the final decision regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with this policy and UAE regulations.
