At Hana Boutique, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction. Please review our Return and Exchange Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
All original tags and packaging must be intact.
The item must be in its original condition.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.
Hana Boutique reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Customized or altered abayas
Made-to-order items
Sale or clearance items (if marked as final sale)
Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or negligence
3. Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.
If the requested size or design is unavailable, you may opt for store credit.
Price differences (if any) must be paid before dispatch of the exchanged item.
Shipping fees for exchanges may apply.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange:

Provide:
Order number
Reason for return
Photos (if item is damaged or incorrect)
Wait for confirmation and return instructions before sending the item.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
5. Refunds
Refunds are processed only after inspection and approval of the returned item.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing time: 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide clear photos as evidence.
If confirmed, Hana Boutique will cover the return shipping cost and arrange a replacement or full refund.
7. International Orders
For international orders:
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.
8. Final Decision
Hana Boutique reserves the right to make the final decision regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with this policy and UAE regulations.
